The first payment type is cash. Nils will come by sometime to collect the cash if you do not feel safe writing checks.
The second payment option is checks. Nils will write a letter with a return envelope and your bill inside. A stamp will already be on the return envelope along with return address. Please make sure to write the checks out to Nils Holkesvik as he is to young to have a business named account.
We do not want you paying the workers after the job is complete. They will write you a receipt for the time they worked on your property, and you will be billed accordingly. Please do not pay the workers. We really stress that. Your address would be appreciated for billing purposes.

Customers pick package
One Person - We will charge a minimum of $15 if one person is required to complete the job. If the job exceeds an hour it adjusts to $15 per hour.
Two People - We will charge a minimum of $20 if two people are required to complete the job. If the job exceeds an hour it adjusts to $20 per hour.
Three People - If a job requires three people you will be charged $49 an hour. It separates out to $25 minimum with $24 for labor/equipment costs.
Four People - If a job requires four people you will be charged $67 an hour. It separates out to $35 minimum with $32 for labor/equipment costs.
Five People - If a job requires five people you will be charged $85 an hour. It separates out to $45 minimum with $40 for labor/equipment costs.

Are you in 7th or 8th grade or in high school and interested in joining our team? We are always looking for hardworking, responsible team members! Must be friendly and kind to our customers- they are the reason we have work to do! Must also be able to safely lift heavy items when needed.

We would like to keep it within city limits of Decorah because none of us are able to drive and are forced to walk or bike as our transportation. So please be mindful.
